SAN DIEGO’S BIG SHOT REUB & THE RELOADERS RELEASE “ROUNDHOUSE BLUES” FEATURING THE VIRTUOSO GUITAR WORK OF REUBEN VIGIL
(SAN DIEGO) - There is a quality guitar slinger on the Blues horizon, and you should know his name: Reuben Vigil. Vigil fronts trio Big Shot Reub & The Reloaders, who have released a tasty new ten-song set of sumptuous music entitled, ROUNDHOUSE BLUES (Hat and Case Music). The CD was mastered by multi-Grammy-winning Charlie Watts (renowned for his work on Fleetwood Mac’s Rumors among others), while being engineered and produced by Glen Laughlin (Dickies, Cherry Bluestorms).
Big Shot Reub & The Reloaders (Reuben Vigil, lead guitar-vocals); Jodie Hill (bass); Ric Lee (drums) played and performed in various San Diego bands before coming together to record ROUNDHOUSE BLUES, which in Vigil’s words, “is a labor of friendship and getting my friends back to work. In this effort all processes have been near seamless. I am a lucky man.”

Pasha Black is an emerging artist from Kiev, Ukraine who composes and performs his own tunes in English and some other languages. When he studied at school, he was a part and major songwriter to a couple of amateur bands existing 1-2 years and, as it often happens, disbanding and slipping into obscurity.
After graduating from university, his music career had naturally suspended for a few years as he started his civil service career with the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine. Nevertheless, finally he turned back to the music career having started writing new material and playing acoustic gigs in London where he worked in 2006 – 2009. You may have seen him in ‘The Castle’, ‘The Edward’s’, ‘The Pelican’ and other music venues in London, where he was recognized by local audience and musicians, and also gained really helpful experience.
After a couple of short studio sessions in 2009 and 2010, Pasha is planning to record the debut LP ‘Sun Do Gotcha’ in 2011 and to concentrate on live performances. First song of 2011, produced in cooperation with Cream-Brule band and 100 Records, is called ‘I Don’t Know How’, and have already been launched as a free Internet single.

With the release of THIS TOO SHALL BURN’s 1st full album FOR THE GODS the members of the band look forward to bringing their music and engaging performance to everyone. This band seems as if from another age. When the music and the message was what it was all about. Familiar yet unique, like something you know, but have not heard before.
Durring a time when everything is being force fed celebrity dribble, icons of nothingness and the vaguer of acceptability, pulling the guts of the core of what was once a mighty machine, more than a freight train, taking it to the next level of explosive energy while crafting meticulously the structure like an ancient architect perfecting.
THIS TOO SHALL BURN, the raw sonic energy that blows you back and makes you want to force yourself forward into the thrust wave Music and lyrics equally matched expressively flowing throughout.
