Lacy J. Just turned 14 years old on September 2 , 2012 and tho she is very young, she's ahead of her time as an artist. Lacy comes from a long line of country music entertainers. Her grand parents, Buck and Connie McCarty were on the country music road for many years. Lacy's mother, JODI and her brother Matthew were raised on the bus and have giving me many great stories about the  adventures they had growing up on the road. From the time Lacy was about four years old, They knew that little lacy Was very gifted, as all she wanted to do was sing, and sing she could!! Being as I've known and been very close friends of this family for many years, and saw the love and how dedicated they were to coach and guide lacy, giving her all the benifits of their experience as artist, and when they decided that Lacy was ready to record her first album, and called on me to become her manager and producer, I was honored, because I knew I had a very special youg lady to work with. She conducted herself in the studio like a seasoned pro, and took direction as good as anyone I've every worked with and better then most. And we once again went to well of the talent in this family, as her uncle Matthew wrote seven of the songs on her album, and all top notch! lacy is dedicated to music, animals, and other children. She has her own horse's and is an excellent rider. Lacy has already done many benifit shows for unfortunate children, and has been chosen as the star performer in THE TEDDY BEAR benifit and spokes person for the Vanderbilt and St. Judes hospitals in early 2013. She's also playing festivals, senior citizens, and doing many Live radio shows. To see this little Lady perform on stage is a real shot in the heart as she just sparkles like a DIAMOND IN THE SUNLITE!  Any performer that will be on any show with Lacy Jay, had beter be on top of their game, because this little ray of sunshine is a pure audience theif! She captures them from the first line of the first song and she's pretty tired before they let her get off stage! They just can't get enough of Lacy. Indie Connect interviewed the ‘new star’ on his long career in the business.
 I loved the music of Roy Orbison, The Four Seasons, Bobby Vee and Hank Williams. And later, The Beatles, Beach Boys etc. I practiced my writing inspired by all of them.  Fancy Free was a miracle to me. It was at a time when I was struggling and almost ready to give up and leave town. I had a lyric for the song, which I took to the Oak Ridge Boys’ office. At the time, Jimbeau was the manager. The Oaks were totally into Gospel then. I gave my four verses and a chorus to Jimbeau that day so long ago, and he said he’d co write it with me. He offered an equal split on the writer’s shares and the Oaks would get the publishing. It was a done deal. We worked on it until it was two verses and a chorus. Then it sat in a file for 8 years before it got recorded! When it did, it helped both of us. It jump-started Jimbeau and his legendary career, and helped me raise my family. T Jae Christian   Like so many artists, T. Jae started his music career at an early age, and by the time he moved to Nashville, he was a seasoned entertainer, and on his way to becoming an established song writer. He put his performing aside for awhile to pursue writing and record production. Before long his songs were being recorded by such artists as: Roy Orbison, Nat Stucky, Charlie Pride, Jeanne Pruitt, T. Graham Brown, (blue grass great) Jimmy Martin, and many independents.Due to his friendship, association and guidance of the legendary Producer, Owen Bradley, T. Jae has also become an outstanding producer. Richard Sterban began his singing career as a six-year-old soprano in Sunday school in his native Camden, New Jersey. He was a tenor in the glee club in seventh grade, but when he returned in the fall for eighth grade, he was a bass! He loved sports and music, decided he had more talent for the latter, and developed a simple goal:  “I wanted to be in the best vocal group in the world.” Before joining the Oaks in 1972, Richard sang in various groups, most notably backing Elvis Presley as a member of The Stamps Quartet.
"The news I'm most excited about right now is my memoir, "From Elvis to Elvira: My Life On Stage" which will be released on August 1. Writing a book is something that I have thought about doing for many years, and the time finally felt right. I have been blessed with an amazing life -- one of which I could have never dreamed. Just think about it: raised in New Jersey, I not only came to love gospel quartets, I somehow found my way to make a living singing with one. But more than simply making a living, I soon found myself onstage with the greatest performer in the history of music, Elvis Presley. And while that should have been enough for any dreamer, I somehow found the faith to leave that job to join a group that I truly loved and believed could become something great. Forty years later, I'm still thrilled to be the bass singer for The Oak Ridge Boys."

The Oak Ridge Boys are a country and gospel group that is based in the United States. The group was founded in 1945 as the Oak Ridge Quartet. They became popular during the 1950s. Their name was changed to the Oak Ridge Boys in the early 1960s, and they remained a gospel-oriented group until the mid 1970s, when they changed their image and concentrated more on country and pop music. The band's current lineup consists of lead singer and second tenor Duane Allen, baritone William Lee Golden, tenor Joe Bonsall, and bass Richard Sterban.

For Guy Gilchrist, creativity is an ever-expanding circle. Artist, poet, author, songwriter, musician, storyteller, teacher, he is a one-man entertainment conglomerate. He is known first and foremost for his work as writer and artist for the classic newspaper cartoon Nancy, with its millions of followers in nearly 400 newspapers in 80 countries around the world, but that is just the tip of a growing iceberg.
His other strips have included Jim Henson’s Muppets, which helped launch his career age 24, Your Angels Speak, Screams, and the widely syndicated Night Lights & Pillow Fights and Today’s Dogg. Chris Gantry (Christopher Cedzich) was born December 29th, 1942 in Queens, New York. He began his career as a singer/songwriter at age fourteen with a recording contract for Paramount Records. He moved to Nashville in 1963, after three years at Bethel College in McKenzie, Tennessee.

Chris has written more than 1,000 songs - some of them as collaborations with Nashville's best - Kris Kristofferson, Mel Tillis, Shel Silverstein, and Eddie Rabbit. 

Seventy of his songs were recorded by various artist; Roy Clark, Johnny Cash, Sonny Curtis, Robert Goulet, Wayne Newton, Johnny Lee, Reba McEntire, Billy Walker, Garry Pucket and Rhett Akins, including "Dreams of the Everyday Housewife", by Glen Campbell. "Dreams of the Everyday Housewife" won three M.M.I awards plus the Millionaire's Award for over two million Performances. It also won the Nashville's Songwriter Award in 1968. Chris recorded five albums for Monument and ABC Dot Records.

If I was with my father and we were not working I was learining how to drink whiskey, smoke cigarettes, cuss, chase skirts and always keep an eye out for the law. To my sweet, wonderful Mother and her family and my sorry ass brother the preacher, God was the law. To Dad and me the law wore a badge and gun and only brought bad news. My dad was my best friend he died in 1978. I have been playing my music in honkytonks since before I was old enough to be in them legally. I have performed from Honolulu to Berlin, from NYC to Toyko. I have seen the Aurora Borealis from both sides of the northern hemisphere . I ain't saying that I have as many miles on me as Willie or Earnest Tubb or Keith Richards cause that would be a God Damn lie. However, I am well traveled. Adolfo Lee Mayo hails from Southern California. Adolfo, as described by many is captivating and unique in his own style to audiences young and old. Adolfo performed at Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flaggs Magic Mountain and Disneyland earlier in his career. He attended Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California and majored in music and recording engineering. He worked as a sound engineer for LA Guns, The Rembrandts, Cast of Few, Agent Orange, The Heat and many other independent rock bands. Adolfo moved to Mesa Arizona and got back to his country roots where he felt more at home. Adolfo now lives in Nashville Tennesee and is a well sought after musician, playing lead and rhythm guitars, keyboards, bass and drums or singing lead and background vocals. Universal Sound Records' Artist Rick Sharp landed several dates at the legendary "Reo Palm Isle" in Longview, Texas and this proved to be a golden opportunity for exposure as he opened shows for Mel Tillis, Keith Whitley, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, and Kieth Whitley. Rick's guitar and rich Baritone vocals were now in demand and he opened for Ricky Van Shelton, Johnny Rodriguez, David Frizzell, Tony Douglas, Freddie Fender and Rodney Crowell and even more. During this time is when he began to shine like the star he truly is.In 2002 Rick was fortunate enough to sign with Universal Sound Records and did a life changing tour of Sweden, Norway and Denmark, making so many new friends and fans. And today he is still present at the top of the International charts.

Mary Lee

Mary was born in Dillon, a small town in South Carolina. When Mary was very young, due to lack of work, her parents relocated to Baltimore Maryland, and Mary still resides in a small town outside of Baltimore. Of course like so many others, her life long dream was to someday come to Nashville, TN and record an album, but life has a way of putting up one hill after another, and Mary has had more than here share of hills to climb. When she married and had children, she settled in to raise her family. Then her husband passed away leaving here with the whole load, so she went to work in a steel mill in Baltimore as a crane operator to support her family and see that here children had the things they needed. Mary did remarry, but as luck would have it, her second husband also passed away once again leaving her to carry the load and carry it she did! Of all the hardships, heartaches and disappointments, they never swayed her courage and the dream that one day when her children were on their own she would come to Nashville and fulfill her life long dream. Now in 2006 that day has finally arrived, and Mary has her dream in hand, a great hew country album! Of all of the artist we've worked with over the years, it has given us more pleasure and satisfaction to put this album together more than any other. Mary should be an inspiration to everyone who dares to dream, for she's living proof that as long as you deep faith and hope in your fife, you can conquer any hill put before you, and fulfill your dreams.

May has been a fan of country artist T Jae Christian, (who produced the album) and she so loved the country song "Till a Tear Becomes a Rose". She asked him if he would record the duet with her, and he was thrilled to do the song with her! We feel they did a wonderful version of a classic country song! T Jae tells us that when he sat in the studio mixing Mary's album, and saw those big ole tears of happiness rolling down this fine lady's face, it gave him the feeling of great satisfaction in his life that his efforts had helped catch Mary's dream! Now she is the happiest lady we know, and is already planning another album in the future! We opened our arms and hearts to this lady and we are so glad we did. T Jae Christian

Like so many artists, T. Jae started his music career at an early age, and by the time he moved to Nashville, he was a seasoned entertainer, and on his way to becoming an established song writer. He put his performing aside for awhile to pursue writing and record production. Before long his songs were being recorded by such artists as: Roy Orbison, Nat Stucky, Charlie Pride, Jeanne Pruitt, T. Graham Brown, (blue grass great) Jimmy Martin, and many independents.Due to his friendship, association and guidance of the legendary Producer, Owen Bradley, T. Jae has also become an outstanding producer. In the late 1980’s, as the music was going in a different direction,(no longer traditional country) he formed his own label (Universal Sound Records) to make an outlet for the many great older artists that were being cast aside for the new movement. After establishing himself as a viable artist and producer in the European market place, he released such fine Indie artist as: Mary Lee, Pat Roden, Rick Sharp, Harley Cummins, Paul Alan coons Ralph Parker, Mindy Miller, and as of late, the great T. Graham Brown, who he is currently touring with and producing on Universal Sound Records. T. Jae has performed with many great artists: George Jones, Buck Owens, Ray Price, Conway Twitty, Roy Acuff, Ferlin Husky, Jimmy Martin, Johnny Paycheck, lefty Frizzell, to name a few. He has toured Europe playing to sold out venues every place he performed. The European market has been great to T. Jae with awards such as: Artist and producer of the year, many #1 releases and albums of the year. In 2009, he recorded his first country gospel album, spawning four #1 singles, and a video (This Is Where Jesus Would Go) which was nominated in the top four with Alan Jackson, Carrie Underwood, and Tracy Lawrence. T. Roy August  For the first time in his life, hit songwriter, Roy August, has songs on the charts that he is singing himself. Indie Connect interviewed the ‘new star’ on his long career in the business.
 I loved the music of Roy Orbison, The Four Seasons, Bobby Vee and Hank Williams. And later, The Beatles, Beach Boys etc. I practiced my writing inspired by all of them.
I was asked to come to Nashville by my friend, Jimmy Helms. I moved here in 1969, after coming to DJ conventions with him. Jimmie was a fantastic country writer with the Wilburn Brothers Company. I caught a bus here. It was DJ convention time, and Jimmie told me to ask for the Wilburn brothers when I got here. So with suitcase in hand, I went in the Andrew Jackson hotel and asked Red Foley and Doyle Wilburn where I might find the Wilburn brothers. Security threw me out.
Before I met the Wilburn brothers and wrote for their company, I met Chuck Glaser, of Tom Paul and the Glaser Brothers. Chuck Glaser taught me how to construct my songs. Chuck is a genius at songwriting. Roy Baham also taught me song construction. Later on I had help from so many music greats in the golden age of country music, such as Leslie, Teddy, Doyle and Lester Wilburn. They were really great to my family and I. Once they made me a key to their office, and I slept there until I found a daytime job at Davis Cabinet Co.
Chuck Glaser taught me that a hit song is one that everybody can relate to. What you’re trying to get across has got to be crystal clear to anyone, in any walk of life. Leslie Wilburn taught me to put feeling into a song. Others taught me so much. Sammy Kahn taught me how to pattern, speed write and co-write with anyone, living or dead. Owen Bradley taught me the value of getting your craft right so the singers don’t stumble over the lyrics (a lesson I learned the hard way). Doyle Wilburn let me pitch songs one day when their song plugger, Johnny Russell, had the flu. So I learned how major label producers hear other peoples work. And Jimbeau Hinson taught me that its good karma to help others reach their dreams.
So many people taught me so much, and for that I am forever grateful. Jimbeau and I had three records together from Sure Fire Music, ‘Leave Me or Love Me Alone’ and two releases on life in Baltimore.
Fancy Free was a miracle to me. It was at a time when I was struggling and almost ready to give up and leave town. I had a lyric for the song, which I took to the Oak Ridge Boys’ office. At the time, Jimbeau was the manager. The Oaks were totally into Gospel then. I gave my four verses and a chorus to Jimbeau that day so long ago, and he said he’d co write it with me. He offered an equal split on the writer’s shares and the Oaks would get the publishing. It was a done deal. We worked on it until it was two verses and a chorus. Then it sat in a file for 8 years before it got recorded! When it did, it helped both of us. It jump-started Jimbeau and his legendary career, and helped me raise my family. GARY TALLEY  In 1967, while still an infant, Gary Talley began his career as lead guitarist for the Grammy-nominated group, The Box Tops. Their "blue-eyed soul" hits like "The Letter," and "Cry Like a Baby" hit the charts like a tornado, selling millions of copies, and they continue to sweep across the country on radio stations today. The Box Tops disbanded in 1970, but their reunion nearly 30 years later in 1997 was kicked off with a national tour at the House of Blues in Hollywood. Gary still tours and records with the group, contributing original songs and background vocals.

After his initial stint with The Box Tops, Gary's soulful (and highly acclaimed) guitar sounds were in demand. He found himself playing with music carbuncles like Jerry Butler, Billy Lee Riley, Hank Ballard, and Ace Cannon at the legendary Sounds of Memphis Studio and later at Universal Studios also in Memphis.

His reputation led him to the larger market of Atlanta in 1972, where he added jingle sessions and touring to his growing number of master sessions for major label artists. While playing guitar with such legends asPat Boone, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Dobie Gray, Freda Payne, Billy Joe Royal, and many others, Gary still (barely) found the time to write songs and teach guitar.

At the encouragement of fiend and producer, Chips Moman (Elvis, Willie Nelson), Gary headed north to Nashville in 1981. Chips hadn't steered Gary wrong, because he soon found himself recording with Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette, Waylon Jennings, Sam Moore (of the duo Sam and Dave), and others. As a songwriter, he has penned cuts for Keith Whitley, The Box Tops, James Cotton, T.G. Shepard, Fish Heads & Rice and others. He has continued writing and teaching, while at the same time playing television appearances, live events or touring with artists like Billy Preston, Sam Moore, Pam Tillis, Brenda Lee, Tammy Wynette, Rufus Thomas, Tim McGraw, Sam "the Sham" Samudio, David Lee Murphy, Bobby Whitlock, Tracy Nelson, Dr. John, Mac Gayden, Bobby Bare, Ray Vega, Deirdre Reilly, the Hombres, Jason D. Williams, James Carr, Lloyd Price, and Little Eva among others.

Donny Barthelemy was born on September 6 in York, PA., twenty miles north of the Mason Dixon Line. Donny bought his first guitar at a pawnshop at age 14, nothing unusual really for most singer/songwriters, except for the fact that Donny’s first musical teacher/guru was none other than ‘Gus Backus’ of the ‘Del Vikings’. “He taught me how to tune the guitar, and some chords and also showed me the beauty of writing your own songs,” remarks Barthelemy. Donny has always put his faith in his  Lord  & savior Jesus Christ.
